Ky is owned, loved and probably spoiled rotten by my friends, Alan and Ann Hooper. They always come to help set up and run the Shield Companion Shows that I organise with Di Whiting, in aid of BC & Sheepdog Rescue. We couldn't cope without such stalwart supporters - thank you both so much.

Ky regularly goes to Dog Training classes with Ann, and at the last Shield Show, he gained the Kennel Club Bronze Good Citizen Award. One of Fizz's brothers, from Bliss's first litter, and a lovely handsome lad, Ky had some fun in the ring in 2007, three times taking Best Novelty In Show at Companion Dog Shows, as well as winning classes at Championship level.

Ayla is such a sweet collie, the La Vigna family, her owners wanted a puppy from her, so Ayla came back to Foxbarton to whelp her 5 lovely babies in February 2008. The whole family fell in love with Kiya, one of her Red & White pups, within hours of her birth, so Kiya went home to join Ayla after the pups were weaned. Ayla and Kiya simply adore one another and the La Vignas adore both of them too.

Phoebe is a beautiful blue tricolour bitch, with her parents' lovely temperament and she's owned and loved by the Siebers family. Phoebe whelped her first litter at Foxbarton in March 2007 - beautiful Blue Tricolours and one Black Tricolour, sired by Pam Harris's lovely boy Mobella Tucker's Luck.

The Siebers family fell in love with Joy, the Black Tri bitch pup (Foxbarton Out Of The Blue), so she went home with Phoebe after the pups were weaned. Phoebe was delighted and she and Joy just adore one another.

Breeze only weighed 265g when she was born, but what a little cracker she's turned out to be. The Walmsley family fell in love with her on sight, and she has a whale of a time with them, going to Obedience and Flyball training. Like Brie, she's also getting into the ribbons now and got her first title, Flyball Dog, just after her 2nd Birthday.

Chum owns and adores Miss Ann Simmons of High Wycombe and was pick of Bracken's 2004 litter. A beautiful black & white dog, he has an outstanding temperament and is in turn adored by Ann. Expertly handled by Betty Straw at the Ladies Kennel Association Championship Show in December 2006, Chum gained his Stud Book Number under breed specialist Bob Tunnicliff. We were all thrilled to bits and Chum is now qualified for Crufts for life.

Brie is a litter sister of Chum (above), and she's owned and loved by Theresa McLeod. She's great at Flyball and gained her Flyball Dog title with 200 points in August 2006, running for the Leamington Royals. In February, she also got her Flyball Dog Intermediate title, having clocked up over 1,000 points, now running with the Leamington Hurricanes. Can't wait to see her representing the Foxbartons at Crufts too!

Bess is also litter sister to Chum and Brie. Margaret Rainer, her owner, keeps me posted with Bess's achievements, and I'm proud to say Bess is a qualified PAT Dog. And she's beautiful too - whilst on holiday with friends in the West Country, Margaret was persuaded to take Bess into the Companion Dog Show at a big 2-day Country Fayre, and despite never having been shown before, Bess went Best In Show!

Ben is a striking tricolour dog, with the kindest of temperaments. He's the proudly owned and much loved pet of the Bassett family of Welling, Kent. Shown just for fun, Ben qualified for Crufts last year at his only championship show and in Feb '06 won Novice Dog at the Midlands BC Club Champ Show also.
